Poetic intention
If there is
Such a thing
Is often disguised
As a vagary
Of the mind
Beheld first by author
Progenitor, perhaps
Its shape and form
Belie the quixotic
Transient insouciance
That so fleetingly pulls
At the reader's liminality
A mask, unmasked
A lie, exposed
Vive l'intention!
