Carousel rides and spinning
Teacups
Sugary salt in humid air
Rough hewn planks to stroll
Above, the gull still mocks
Taking a dive
Night covers all
An air of mystery
Over the pull of invisible tides
The spray of a swallowing darkness
And we ride
Faster and faster
Higher
Ochre Idyls
